Project Management
I have extensive experience in product development and project
management from more than 20 years in the high tech industry.
I was Co-founder of MicroMove, a manufacturer of automated, precision
alignment equipment for the creation of photonics packages used
in the telecommunications industry. I was the Director
of Engineering at Red Oak Software, which designs and builds WWW to
IBM mainframe integration software (using Java) to allow access to
any mainframe legacy application and to any browser based
Internet application.
Writer, Producer
Starting in 2002, I wrote, shot, produced and released the first of my
independent projects.
Seven films have been released on DVD which include,
"Surface To Air New York",
"Flying an Octopus",
"Powrachute Extravaganza"
and "Tim Bayer's Adventure Bound Hawaii".

Business Plans and Freelance Writing
My writing experience has included the creation of business plans,
a provisional patent application, a grant proposal, system requirement
specifications, technical manuals and user guides. Outside of the
high tech arena, I have written a number of articles for magazines

Web Designer
I operate Tim Bayer Productions
which performs custom video production and web design. The

and expertise to
combine video production, photography and web design to create
multimedia web sites and CD-ROMs.
Custom Video Production
I have shot and created custom DVDs and multi-media CD-ROMs for
seminars and instructional purposes. I designed and produced a
multimedia CD-ROM based courseware that
is required material for the, "Light Sport Aircraft
Inspection Course; Powered Parachutes" presented by Rochester
Institute of Technology professor Kevin Kochersberger, Ph.D of
the RIT Kate Gleason College of Engineering.
Internet Commerce Sites
I have created internet commerce sites including my site,
www.TBayer.com,
where I sell products over the web using PayPal.
